I’ve been driving my VW for a few months now, and the safety features are probably my favorite part. The lane assist and blind spot warning have helped me more than I expected, especially in traffic when someone suddenly cuts over. After using them on my car, I can see why people say newer VWs feel really reassuring for everyday driving.
The adaptive cruise control has been great on longer trips too. It’s smooth enough that I don’t feel like I’m constantly bracing for it to speed up or slow down weirdly, and I end up feeling a lot more relaxed behind the wheel. It’s not flawless every single time, but based on my experience, I’d trust VW’s safety tech more than most. 5 stars from me

I’ve always liked the way this VW looks. The outside has that clean, sharp style without trying too hard, which somehow makes it feel more modern to me. The front end especially looks really nice, and I like the way the lights are designed. It’s not super flashy, but maybe that’s why it stands out in a good way.

I ordered through vw.com the timing was pretty much spot on. I got updates as things moved along, which was nice, because I wasn’t left wondering what was happening. The car actually showed up a little earlier than the original date they gave me, so that was a good surprise. Pickup was simple too. No running around, no chasing anyone down... just easy

I’ve had my VW for a few years now, it still feels really tight and well put together. The doors shut nicely, there aren’t any weird rattles, and it’s been reliable for daily driving, which shouldn’t feel like such a big achievement, but here we are. So far it’s just been normal service stuff, nothing dramatic. The interior is also holding up better than my last car, not that the bar was exactly sky-high. It’s not perfect, of course, but overall I’m happy with the build quality.

I’ve been happy with the range on my VW. I was kind of worried before buying it, like maybe I’d regret going electric or constantly be thinking about charging, but for my normal work week I usually don’t even need to plug in every day.

Charging at home has been simple, and the public chargers I’ve used have been fine overall. I guess they’re not always as quick as I expect, or maybe I’m just impatient, but I haven’t had any real problems. I’d give it 5 stars.

I like VW overall, but trying to figure out the trims on the website was kind of frustrating. The site makes it seem like certain features are included, but then once you click around or start building the car, it feels like a different story. Some basic stuff I expected to be standard is only on higher trims or tied into packages, and it’s not always clear what you’re actually getting. It left me feeling like I’d have to spend a lot more than planned just to get normal features

I had a small issue with my vw and kind of panicked for a second because I had no idea if it would be covered. I reached out to support, and to my surprise, they got back to me really quickly. The dealer ended up sorting it under warranty with zero hassle. I was fully expecting a bunch of back and forth, but nope, it all went smoothly. Really happy with how they handled it.

I was mostly on vw.com just trying to compare prices, it was easy to use. The deals and lease numbers were literally right there instead of being buried like on some other car sites. The financing info also helped me get a better idea of what I could actually afford before going to the dealer. By the end, I felt like the value was fair for what you’re getting. Overall, it was a really useful site and definitely saved me some time.

After using it for a bit, I really appreciate how straightforward the vw infotainment screen is. The menus make sense, my phone connects quickly, and I’m not sitting there tapping through a bunch of stuff just to get what I need. When I’m driving, I want it to be simple and not distracting, and this system has been good for that.

I use the Volkswagen navigation almost every day, and it’s been reliable. The routes usually make sense, and when there’s traffic it does a decent job finding another way around it. The arrival time is usually close too, which I appreciate. It’s not perfect on really small side roads, but overall I trust it enough that I don’t feel like I need to keep checking my phone or pay for another navigation app. For what’s already built into the car, it feels like good value.

I got my VW a few months back and, i was kind of like wow, this fuel mileage is better than I expected. I drive to work every day, and I’ve noticed I’m not stopping to fill up nearly as often as I used to. Even on longer drives, it still feels really efficient. The site was easy to use too, which was a nice bonus, found what I needed quickly.

I was on vw.com checking out a new Tiguan, and the site was easy to use. The builder was actually kind of fun too — colors and wheels loaded fast, and I didn’t have to hunt around forever just to see pricing. It made comparing trims a lot less annoying. The only thing I noticed was one page seemed to pause for a second while loading. Did anyone else have that happen?

been driving a Tiguan for ten years now on the third one. It is the r line edition 1.5 tsi we have had two diesel 2 let turbos before that.

Found them to be the perfect family car for transport to school and going to the lakes Cornwall  and Scotland on holiday.

Reliable and comfortable to drive on long or short journeys.

Fingers crossed no breakdowns so far.

Will be going for number four next time around

I was looking through vw’s EV info and it was surprisingly easy to find what I needed. It gives the impression that they’re actually trying to be greener and make things clearer for customers. I’d definitely check back again when I’m comparing EV options.

I was a little unsure about reserving my VW online at first, but it ended up being really simple. The whole process was quick, clear, and I was relieved there wasn’t any hassle.

Overall, the privacy controls are clear enough and I didn’t have much trouble figuring out what each option does. They do feel a little tucked away, though, like the app kind of assumes you won’t need to change them often. From the way everything is worded, I got the impression they’re trying to keep it simple, but I’d still prefer the settings to be a bit easier to find.

I mostly use the vw app to check the charging status and make sure the car is locked, especially when I’m already back in the house. So far it’s been simple to use and has worked reliably for me without any fuss

I found the car on vw.com and was mainly looking at the space specs before checking it out. To be fair, the interior really does feel roomy, and the cargo area has been useful for regular stuff like groceries and our stroller. My only gripe is that I wish the back seats folded a bit flatter, because that would make loading bigger items easier. Overall though, it’s a practical setup.

I was kind of expecting the usual thing where a car shows up online but somehow isn’t actually there when you call or show up. But nope, the car I saw listed was really on the lot. Simple thing, but yeah, it made the whole experience way less frustrating.

The dealer were really chill, and the service team got my car done the same day. They explained the small fix in a normal way and didn’t try pushing extra stuff on me. I left happy with the whole thing.
